It's really a tough job!
i mean those humans calling in to ask for dozens of other humans to speak to
& i hav to look through hundreds of tiny names, locate & transfer the call to whosoever..
& some humans just dunno how to speak clearly that i had to ask them to repeat & repeat but yet i still cant get the name right!!
well..an hour more to go & i can go shopping!

i had to call DHL to get them to collect some documents
no clear instructions of what to say, how to call..
i had to recall them after i get the destination of the bloody documents
cant they just come & collect?! ask when u're here!
